SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please note, we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, there may be slight delays in shipping. Should your order experience a significant delay, we will keep you informed via email or telephone.
Shipping rates for your order will be determined at checkout. Generally, shipments are sent via FedEx or UPS Standard Overnight.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Upon delivery, an adult signature is required for all purchases, irrespective of any prior signature waivers with the carrier. This policy ensures the secure receipt of your order.
Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be modified.
Currently, our shipping services extend only within the 48 contiguous United States. Regrettably, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, any international locations, or P.O. boxes.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are available within 14 days of purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Online purchase, you may return, exchange or receive store credit for your item(s) within 14 days from the date of arrival of shipment. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. On Special Orders such as items with engraving and special ring sizes, custom chain measurements, and custom pendants a 20% restocking fee will be applied regardless of condition of item. Any orders returned undeliverable or refused by recipient, will be subject to a $29.95 charge to be deducted from the total refund amount.
If for any reason the delivered item has any defects you can get in touch with us and we will accordingly arrange return of product, so we can fix it for you and ship it back.

Once your item(s) have been received and accepted, you will receive a full store credit for the cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges. If money-back is requested a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Please allow 7-12 business days after the item(s) has been received for your credit to be processed. Credits will be issued using a store gift card.

CANCELLED ORDERS
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact adgoldjewelers.com or call (786) 962-5656, you have 24hrs to cancel from the time the order was placed after that There is a 20% restocking fee for the cancellation of any Custom-Order items. And a 6% Restocking fee for regular orders.
How to return an item
Please follow our 3 easy steps below:
1. OBTAIN YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER:
Contact us at adgoldjewelers@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When approved, you will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number along with detail shipping and packaging instructions.
2. PACKAGE YOUR ORDER:Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund credit, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the receipt and on the outside of the package. Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.
3. SHIPPING & INSURANCE:Once you have received your RMA number, ship the item prepaid to the address received in your email. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included on the box or if it has been damaged or tampered with. Please note: for security purposes, do not write Miral Jewelry or the contents of the package such as jewelry, diamonds, gold or any other related items on the outside of the box.
Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
